13, 1906, in East Dubuque, 111., daughter of Charles W. and Gertrude Winters Williams. She married Edward T. Kelly on June 4, 1932, in Waterloo. He died April 14, 1994.

Survived by: a son, John Kelly of Waterloo; a daughter, Mary Duggan of Waterloo; and seven grandchil Clare Kelly Randolph died Monday, April 1, at Covenant Medical Center of an acute asthma attack. He was born May 27, 1949, in Waterloo, son of Lloyd H. and Betty Evans Burger. He married Carol Reincke on Dec. 5, 1971, in Waterloo.

Mr. Burger was a 1968 graduate of West High School. He was employed by Hobart Sales and Service for 31 years. WATERLOO Wallace W. Bakke, 73, of Waterloo, died at home today, April 3, of cancer; services pending at Parrott Wood Funeral Home, 232-3235.

18, 1926, in Dearborn, daughter of Melvin and Martha Koepke Walters. She married Ronald C. Dick Sr. in June 1945 in Detroit. They were later divorced.

Mrs. Dick was bookkeeper for an escrow company in California. Survived by: son, Ron Dick Jr. of Waterloo; a daughter, Katherine Burns of Mojeska Canyon, and two grandchildren. Preceded in death by: a brother.

Memorials: may be directed to the family. cedar falls Henry Albert Marks, 84, of 821 Randolph died at home Sunday, March 31, of natural causes. He was born Aug. 9, 1930, in Waterloo, son of Willis and Lena Suhr Fairbanks. He married Rita Hall on Aug.

3, 1957, in Waterloo. Mr. Fairbanks was employed by Rath Packing Co. for 37 years. He was later employed by Wilson Meat Packing in Cedar Rapids, and Mon- Donald fort Meat Packing in Marshalltown Fairbanks until his retirement in 1992.

He had been employed by Wells Fargo Guard Services since his retirement. He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Marine Corps. Survived by: his wife; two sons, Dean of Evansdale and Danny of Waterloo; two stepsons, Dale and David Hall, both of Waterloo; and four grandchildren. Preceded in death by: a granddaughter; and a brother, Duane.

Services: at 11 a.m. today at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, with full military rites by Waterloo AM VETS Post 19 and Evansdale AMVETS Post 31. Fourth Bradley Miller, 15, of 1622 Madison was taken into custody Saturday on a delinquency complaint of second-degree sexual abuse in connection with sexually assaulting a 6-year-old boy. Mark David Martin, 26, of 2117 Downing Waterloo was arrested Saturday at Fourth Street and Hudson Road on a complaint of first-offense operating while intoxicated. died at home Monday, April 1, of cancer. She was born Nov. 6.

1918. in I Superior, daughter of Leo L. Cedar rails, died luesday, April 2, at Allen Memorial Hospital, Waterloo, of cancer. Mr. Marks was bom July 31, 1911, near Dike, son of John and Bena Tjep-kes Marks.

He married Phoebe E. Sorensen on Feb. 27, 1936, in Cedar Falls. She died March 21, 1989. He farmed near New Hartford and Cedar Falls for 20 years.

He was also a carpenter with American Lumber Co. for a number of years, and was a fore iff and Anna M. Bennett Dungan. She married Robert James Koch Dec. 27, 1941, in Waterloo.

He died Dec. 10, 1972. 703, Cedar Falls, was arrested Tuesday at the Waterloo police station for second-degree theft in connection with the March 4 theft of a $2,100 computer from Iowa Northland Regional Housing Authority, 2530 University Ave. Ben Elliott Brandenburg, 24, of 4124 Spruce Hills Drive, Cedar Falls, was arrested today at University Avenue and Midway Drive for assault-domestic abuse for allegedly assaulting Dan Edward Brandenburg, 20, at 600 S. Hackett Road. Vandalism: Travis Senne of Allison reported $1,500 damage done to his car while parked at IBP 500 N. Elk Run Road, on Tuesday.

Thefts: Jerry Shepard of 1117 Lafayette St. reported $1,400 in items taken from his pickup truck while parked at home Tuesday. Vanessa Kay Huggins, 27, of 620 Keystone was arrested Monday at home for assault-domestic No other information was available. Linda Jean Kiple, 41, of 437 Edwards was arrested Monday at home for assault-domestic abuse for allegedly assaulting her husband, Vance Kiple, 42, same address. Roy Herrera 29, of 905 12 W. Ninth was arrested Tuesday in the 1100 block of Grant St. for first-offense operating while intoxicated and driving while license suspended years at St. Vincent de Paul until his retirement.

Army during World War I. MARSHALLTOWN A Garwin man was killed and a Marshalltown woman seriously injured in a motorcycle accident Tuesday evening on the Marshall and Tama county lines. The driver of the motorcycle, Mark Pennell, 35, and passenger Sharon Rhodes were eastbound Garwin Road near Abott Avenue when the cycle went out of control and landed into a ditch. Pennell was pronounced dead Tuesday evening at Marshalltown Medical Surgical Center. Rhodes sustained serious injuries in the crash and was transported to Iowa Methodist Hospital in Des Moines.

She is listed in stable condition. Neither Pennell nor Rhodes was wearing protective head gear, according to Marshall County Sheriff Department officials. The accident is being investigated by Iowa State Patrol and the Marshall County Sheriff Department. Movie theater employee accused of theft of second-degree fraudulent practices after she allegedly was oberved on a surveillance camera Tuesday night taking $30 from the business at 2450 Crossroads Blvd. Reports state Northey has stolen more than $4,000 since Jan.

1, 1992. WATERLOO A Crossroads 10 Theatres employee who allegedly stole more than $4,000 from the business over the past four years was arrested Tuesday. Andrea Leigh Northey, 21, of 1019 W. Third was booked on a charge.
