Flynn, is sole beneficiary. The value of the estate of the late Charles W. Dowd, Toledo, who died Jan. 7 at 92, is $50,421.93. It includes real estate, and jointly held savings bonds, $5,494.40.

Beneficiaries are two sons, William Cedar Falls, and Irwin Toledo. The late Carl Anderson, Tama, who died April 18 at the age of 54, left an estate estimated at $63,559.07. It includes real estate, certificate of deposit and checking account, personal property, livestock, farm machinery and grain, $19,155. Beneficiaries are his mother, Hannah Anderson, and a brother, Glennn E. Anderson, both of Tama.
