The groom is a computer programmer ABOUT PEOPLE Mike Harp is serving as a collegium assistant this year at Waldorf College, Forest City.

The graduate of Cedar Falls High School is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gene R. Scbutte. The Collegium Assistants at Waldorf are a team of sophomore students chosen to be a liaison between floor residents and other staff.

They assist residents with personal and academic concerns, and maintain college and collegium policies. Brad Clark, a 1985 graduate of Central High School, has been elected president of the Upper Iowa University Choir Council. He is also a member of the Upper Iowa Pep Band and pop vocal group. He is the son of Mary Clark of Fredericka. The Board of Education of Columbus High School has elected officers for the 1988-89 school year.

They are: Barb Reldy, president; Mayoard Murch, vice president; and Rev. Walter Brunkan, secretary. Members of the board are: Pa Nil i 1 --r'x Mr. and Mrs. Quistorff for Hy-Vee.

She was recently named executive director of the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments in Waterloo. She also has been selected to the Department of Economic Development's Iowa Ambassadors Board.
