A There's no mention, however, of protesters picketing Arnold Schwarzenegger's 'Terminator 2: Judgment Day" in 1 1 cities across the country. The film is number one in revenues so far this summer and num ber one at the box office, but it has drawn heat for violence, 3- :1 Organized by the National Coalition on Television Violence, boycotters included Morality in Media of Long Island, N.Y., Alliance for Survival in Los Angeles and Dallas Peace Center. They are protesting Hollywood's reliance on violent entertainment and the industry-run film rating system which they say does not take the consequences of violent entertainment seriously.

The film reportedly contains more than 180 acts of violence. However, it is toned down compared to "The Terminator," in which Arnold plays a death-dealing robot from the future. This time, Arnold avoids killing anyone and the film warns that the human race will destroy itself in a nuclear holocaust if we don't change. BRANDON POLLOCKCourier staff photographer 'Nunsense' Arnold Schwarzenegger Sister Hubert, the Mistress of Novices (Christine Sikula) and Sister Regina, the Mother Superior (Cheryl Kimberley) are really "Just a Couple 'A Sisters" in the Waterloo Community Playhouse musical production "Nunsense." James Cameron, producer and director of 'Terminator 2," defends the film: "It's a violent movie, but not gratuitously violent. I don't think see violent films and go out and act violently." He calls his film a fantasy." Protestors also criticize the film's depiction of cigarette smoking and -drinking of straight whiskey, use of vulgar language and a bank theft acted out by a child.
